Welcome to OTAKU3D: The 3D Printing Store – India. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services, purchases, and interactions with Otaku3D (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, the customer (“User”, “you”) expressly agrees to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. Nature of Service & Manufacturing
Made-to-Order: All products are manufactured strictly on a made-to-order basis using 3D printing technology.
Non-Resale Nature: Due to the customized and non-standard nature of these products, once manufacturing commences, the goods lose all resale value. They cannot be reused, repurposed, or resold to other parties.
Manufacturing Tolerances: 3D printing is an additive process. You acknowledge that:
Minor surface marks, layer lines, and dimensional tolerances are normal.
Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.
2. Order Acceptance & Pricing
Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., technical limitations, pricing errors, or payment failures).
Payments: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Full payment must be confirmed before production begins.
Modifications: Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Customization & Intellectual Property
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for providing accurate files and specifications. Failure to do so may result in production delays without eligibility for refunds.
Ownership Warranty: You represent that you own or have the lawful authority to use any design or model submitted for printing.
Indemnity: The Company shall not be liable for any intellectual property infringement or third-party claims arising from customer-provided content.
4. Shipping, Damage, & Returns
Timelines: Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or logistical constraints.
Inspection Period: You must inspect products upon delivery. Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 3 calendar days with photographic evidence.
Return Policy:
No Refunds: No returns or cancellations are permitted for customized or dispatched products.
Store Credit: At our discretion, cancelled orders (prior to manufacturing) may be eligible for store credit only.
Shipping Costs: For authorized returns/inspections, shipping is shared (User pays one way; Company pays the other).
5. Chargeback & Fraud Policy
The User agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for validly manufactured/delivered orders.
Any chargeback raised in violation of our Refund Policy will be treated as a breach of contract.
We reserve the right to recover losses and fees, and permanently block User accounts involved in fraudulent disputes.
6. Website Usage & Content
License: Unless stated otherwise, Otaku3D owns the intellectual property for all material on the website. You may access this for personal use only.
User Comments: We do not pre-screen comments. You are responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any comments deemed offensive or in breach of these Terms.
Cookies: We use required cookies to operate the site. By using OTAKU3D, you consent to the use of these necessary cookies.
7. External Linking Policy
Authorized Linking: Government agencies, search engines, and news organizations may link to our site without prior approval.
Requests: Other organizations must email otaku3dblr@gmail.com for linking permission and wait 2–3 weeks for a response.
Content Liability: We are not responsible for content appearing on your website that links to us.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
"As-Is" Basis: All products and website services are provided "as-is." We make no warranties regarding suitability, durability, or end-use performance.
Risk: Use of 3D-printed products is at the User’s own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
